Terms of Service
Effective May 11, 20261. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Tata you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Tata is a WhatsApp-first SaaS for tradespeople. It provides tools for collecting payments, scheduling, inventory and quotes accessible from chat.
The service depends on the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms. WhatsApp and Meta's own terms additionally apply to bot use.
3. Account and eligibility
To use Tata you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription, pricing and billing
The subscription is billed monthly in Argentine pesos (ARS). We offer different plans with different features; current pricing is published on the pricing page.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. We do not refund partial billing periods unless applicable law requires otherwise, in which case we prorate accordingly.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use Tata to send spam or unsolicited messages to recipients who did not consent.
- Do not harass, intimidate or abuse your end customers through the bot.
- Do not engage in illegal activity or promote unlawful content.
- Do not reverse engineer, copy the code or circumvent the platform's technical limitations.
- Do not abuse the service through uncontrolled bulk sending, scraping or resource exhaustion.
6. User content
You own the data you load into Tata. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to host, process and display it as needed to operate the service.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models without your explicit opt-in.
7. Our intellectual property
The platform, the code, the Tata brand, the design and the documentation belong to Martin Coll. These terms do not transfer to you any rights over the service's intellectual property beyond using the platform under these terms.
8. Availability
We make reasonable best efforts to keep Tata available, but we do not commit to an SLA at this early stage. We may run scheduled maintenance windows and will give you reasonable advance notice where possible.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, if your use threatens the security of the service or if required by a competent authority. We try to notify you in advance.
10. Warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of Tata is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute is submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we notify you at least 30 days in advance by email and through an in-app notice. If you keep using Tata after the effective date, you accept the updated terms.
